Letting Go Of Self-Defeating Beliefs

As we navigate our life paths we can create, absorb and then operate from deep self-defeating and negative belief systems.  Being told as a child that you weren’t clever enough, or pretty enough can not only hurt you but it can become something that you then believe about yourself and that you can find very hard to shift out of. 

Life experiences often compound that hurt you felt as a child and so that belief that you are not good enough then becomes your mantra or the perspective from which you view yourself as an adult. This then results in you not being able to put yourself first, have confidence in who you are and being able to go after what you want and need in life.

You are a beautiful and powerful soul on a journey and now that you have your faithful Dragon companion by your side, it is time for you to step into ALL that you can be and to put aside the negative self-talk, deep-seated self-loathing and denial and replace these with the confidence, self-belief and unconditional love that you deserve.

Within your Natal Chart we can see where your weaknesses lie and how these self-defeating patterns of behaviour and beliefs have shaped your life and how you can transform these negatives into positive.  You will also see why you have chosen to attach yourself to these beliefs and the incredible benefit and joy that can be found when you can let them go.
